What is TR³M?
Total Respect Management (TR³M™) is a systemic approach, covering every aspect of managing and governing enterprises or organisations. It is based on the integration of leadership, risk management and excellence.
TR³M aims to be a model, a method, a strategy, a systemic approach, which manages complexity and brings solutions that work, with higher profit and reduced overall cost as a result. Why is it important to implement TR³M? Today, we live in a world that is changing rapidly. We also live on a Planet that suffers the consequences of the increased human population.
